Scan mental-health, suicide-prevention, digital-health, AI, clinical practice, research and community innovation to find solutions with credible potential.
A 501(c)(3) public charity identifying, validating and building mental-health and suicide-prevention solutions across the full continuum.
The Continua Mind Health Foundation is the not-for-profit engine of Continua. It scans the field, validates what is credible, runs pilots, generates evidence, and creates new tools where the market has not.
It also funds Sustainable Social Enterprises, organisations built to deliver impact indefinitely on a self-sustaining basis, rather than chase a commercial exit.
Most mental-health charities raise awareness, fund research or run community programmes. The Foundation is built for the work in the middle: identifying credible solutions in a noisy market, putting them through clinical, safety and evidence review, running pilots in real-world settings, and stewarding adoption across schools, employers, sports organisations, health systems and community partners. Where the right answer does not yet exist, it builds one.
Scan mental-health, suicide-prevention, digital-health, AI, clinical practice, research and community innovation to find solutions with credible potential.
Independent review of evidence, clinical safety, usability, privacy, data governance, equity and implementation readiness.
Test in real settings, schools, employers, sports organisations, health systems, community partners, with safeguards, metrics and human oversight built in.
Where no adequate solution exists, create or incubate therapist-supported and AI-enabled tools with safety designed in from the start.
Connect what works to funders, institutions, operators, clinicians, technology partners and communities.
Share what is working, what is not, and what should scale.
Some of the most important solutions in mental health will never look like venture returns. Family guidance for high-risk transitions. Support for rural and underserved communities. Crisis-adjacent navigation. Lived-experience-led tools. Open public resources. These are socially essential and commercially unattractive, exactly the gap a venture-backed market leaves behind.
The Foundation can build them anyway. A Sustainable Social Enterprise sits inside the Foundation, runs on a self-sustaining basis, and exists to keep delivering impact rather than chase an exit. It can take program-related investment, generate revenue through partnerships or licences, and remain accountable to its charitable purpose.
A trusted public resource for families, teachers and coaches to recognise risk and find safe, vetted support.
A therapist-supported navigation tool for high-risk transitions, discharge, retirement from sport, military separation, leaving care.
A free, evidence-informed tool for rural or underserved communities, funded through grants, partnerships and licensing income.
A lived-experience-led peer-support platform for groups underserved by mainstream services.
The Foundation operates with clinical oversight, privacy and data governance, safeguarding and crisis-escalation protocols, clear boundaries on what tools do and do not do, disciplined claims, bias and equity review, and transparent reporting. These are not optional extras. In mental health, they are the product.
Every supported solution is reviewed against clinical relevance, safety and escalation pathways.
Sensitive mental-health data is treated with the highest standard of protection, consent and transparency.
Outcomes are reported honestly. Marketing language is matched to evidence.
Reach, usability and bias are reviewed across populations, including the groups most often underserved.
Every tool the Foundation supports has clear, visible routes to human, clinical and crisis support when risk increases.
The Foundation accepts grants, philanthropic donations, program-related investment and sponsorship. Capital is deployed across four mandates.
Builds the connective infrastructure, partnerships, accreditation standards, evidence frameworks and ecosystem coordination.
Funds real-world pilots, evaluation, clinical review and implementation learning.
Develops the tools the Foundation creates directly, therapist-supported, AI-enabled, suicide-prevention-integrated.
Stands up and underwrites the early years of solutions that should run indefinitely on a self-sustaining basis.
The Foundation does not start from zero. It is built alongside Mission10X, the healthcare-innovation ecosystem operating across providers, payors, governments, universities and foundations. It is a partner of the Kids Brain Health Network, Canada’s national network for children’s neurodevelopmental disability, whose KBH+ structure, Network + Foundation + Innovation Fund, directly mirrors what the Foundation is building. And it has named advisors and a Super Bowl-winning anchor figure already engaged in the fundraising strategy.
Together, we can make trusted support easier to find, safer to use and available earlier, and back the solutions no commercial market is going to build on its own.
